By registering for this event, I certify that I am an employee of or representative of an authorized group as described above. I understand that failure to provide accurate information may result in my inability to participate in the training. I also understand that all participants from my organization must be registered individually in order to attend. I acknowledge that there is a $100 registration fee to attend and that failure to submit payment prior to the event start date will result in forfeiture of my attendance.
