Information Technology Applications Analyst I/II performs professional duties related to the analysis, design, development, maintenance and administration of computer applications to meet business needs. Incumbents may perform duties within Application Development and/or Database Architecture.

Supervising Forensic Multimedia Examiner

Under direction, supervises, assigns, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for the creation, duplication, editing, recovery, enhancement, and presentation of a wide variety of audio, visual, and digital materials primarily for investigative and prosecutorial purposes.

Forensic Multimedia Examiner Level I/II

Under general supervision, performs technical work in the creation, duplication, editing, recovery, enhancement, and presentation of a wide variety of audio, visual, and digital materials primarily for investigative and prosecutorial purposes.

Systems Support Specialist Level I/II

Provides complex system support in service desk or field settings, delivering efficient assistance for enterprise, client/server, desktop systems, network infrastructures, and business applications, along with specialized IT support for department-specific applications.

Supervising IT Systems Support Specialist

Guided by leadership, oversees and engages team members in technical tasks within a service desk or operations setting, ensuring efficient customer support and training across various technologies. This role ensures quality work, compliance with policies, and manages complex tasks in the designated area.
