CASE: Andrew West, Enrique Garza, Emanuel Pardo (Case #19FE009123)

On December 18, 2023, Enrique Garza, Emanuel Pardo and Andrew West were each convicted by a jury of robbing a victim during a gun buy set up. In addition, West was convicted of felon in possession of a firearm and a use of a firearm allegation against him was found true. West and Garza were also convicted of selling a firearm without a license.
On May 15, 2019, the victim and Garza agreed to meet for a $10,000 gun buy. Pardo drove Garza and West to a store parking lot to meet the victim. When the victim went to purchase the firearms in Pardo’s car, West held the victim at gunpoint and robbed him of some of the money. The victim ran from the robbery and Pardo took off driving. All three defendants were later located and arrested.
West faces a maximum sentence of 15 years and 8 months in prison, Garza and Pardo both face 5 years in prison. Sentencing is set for February 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 16 before the Honorable Peter Williams.
