Defendant Convicted of Sexually Assaulting 2 Children w/Aggravating Factors

Brian Holcomb was convicted by a jury of 11 counts of child sexual assault charges. The jury also found true a multi-victim enhancement and multiple aggravating factors.

Brian Holcomb sexually assaulted two girls from 2011 to 2015. The girls were 10 years old and 12 years old when the abuse began. Holcomb dragged one of the victims to a place where he forcefully sodomized her and created a list of rules which one of the victims had to follow or Holcomb would sodomize her and force her to orally copulate him. Holcomb also showed the victims pornography.

Holcomb faces a maximum sentence of 275 years to life in prison. Sentencing is set for July 29, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 14 before the Honorable Tami Bogert.
