Defendant Convicted of Sexually Assaulting 2 Girls for 10+ Years

Kim Alan Douglas pled to separate cases for a total of 11 counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.
Between 2006 and 2017, Douglas sexually assaulted two girls on separate and multiple occasions when the girls would visit him at his home. One of the victims was 5 years old when the abuse began, the second victim was 7 years old. Douglas was prosecuted and convicted of sexually assaulting one of the victims, and then the second victim came forward and disclosed that Douglas had sexually assaulted her as well.
Douglas faces a maximum sentence of 22 years in prison. Sentencing is set for August 5, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 22 before the Honorable Sharon Lueras.
