Defendant Convicted of Sexually Assaulting Two Girls Under 14 Years Old

Charles Ferran pled guilty to two counts of committing a lewd and lascivious act with force against a child under 14 years old and admitted to an allegation that he committed the offenses against more than one victim under the age of 14.

On February 16, 2021, the victim disclosed that Ferran sexually assaulted her more than 100 times when she was between the ages of 9 and 17 years old.  Ferran used force by holding the victim down and forcing himself on her.   A second victim also came forward and stated Ferran sexually assaulted her several times when she was between the ages of 11 and 13 years old.

Ferran faces a maximum sentence of 50 years to life in prison.  Sentencing is set for February 25, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 62 before the Honorable Michael Savage.
