David Nolan pled guilty to five counts of committing lewd acts upon a child and admitted to a multiple victim enhancement.
In 2010, Nolan sexually assaulted an 8-year-old family member until she was 13 years old. Over the next several years, he sexually assaulted three more girls who were family members of a friend. Nolan assaulted those three victims when they were age 8 to 16 years old, 7 to 9 years old and 13 years old. The 13-year-old victim reported the abuse.
Nolan faces a maximum potential sentence of 50 years to life in prison. Sentencing is set for November 1, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in Department 22 before the Honorable Russell Hom.
