CASE:  Kayvan Oskuie (Case #11F06195)

PROSECUTOR:  Deputy District Attorney Patrick Foster, Special Assault & Child Abuse Unit

The Honorable Geoffrey Goodman sentenced Kayvan Oskuie to 10 years in prison.  A jury convicted Oskuie of two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child.

The 5-year-old female victim told one of her friends that she had been sexually assaulted by a family member.  The friend told her mother, who then contacted authorities.
