for Child Sexual Assault Convictions

CASE:  Dale Williams & Jennifer Fry (Case #16FE009700)

PROSECUTOR:  Principal Criminal Attorney Nancy Cochrane, Special Assault & Child Abuse Unit

The Honorable Trena Burger-Plavan sentenced Dale Williams and Jennifer Fry to life in prison.  On October 28, 2019, Williams pled to two counts of child sexual assault charges and admitted two prior strike convictions.  On October 21, 2019, Fry pled to two child sexual assault charges.

Fry began dating Williams in 2014.  The defendants had access to two female family members, ages 5 and 12. Fry participated in an act of sexual assault at Williams’ direction with the 5-year-old victim.  Fry was also aware of the ongoing sexual assault of the 12-year-old victim by Williams and permitted him to do so.
